The first ascent is at 8.15 a.m.
Every 30 minutes. Ascents from Stans on the hour and the half hour.
Descents from Stanserhorn at quarter past and quarter to the hour. On busy days we work non-stop, with trips every 10 minutes.
Both the ascent and descent take 25 minutes. (funicular railway and CabriO cableway included)
Your journey through the history of mountain railways begins in Stans at our historic valley station. First you travel for about 10 minutes in our nostalgic funicular railway, after which you change at the Kälti middle station to the world's first CabriO railway and thus travel for another 10 minutes to the very top of the Stanserhorn.
At 5:15 p.m. On days with public evening trips, the last descent is at 11 p.m.
A place on the upper deck cannot be reserved. After transferring to the CabriO-cable car, all guests may decide individually whether they would like to travel on the open upper deck or the closed lower deck. There are often guests who already know the CabriO-cable car and therefore give way to other guests to ride on the upper deck. So you should certainly be able to ride on the open upper deck on either the ascent or the descent.
Please call +41 41 618 80 40 for more information.
