For example, when the Stanserhorn kitchen crew makes the coveted Stanserhorn original spelt fruit bread. Original Swiss spelt flour and local milk are used for this. And Marietta Zimmermann from Stans comes personally to deliver the fruity part straight out of the drying oven: apples, pears and various nuts (the hazelnuts come from Piedmont). The original spelt fruit bread is served in the revolving restaurant with a platter of alpine cheese and a Stanserhorn sausage. Delicious!
